Yes. Growth and Enterprise plans allow mid-contract jurisdiction additions at no extra charge within the plan's included count. If you exceed your plan limit, we upgrade to the next tier at your next billing date.
No. Onboarding is included in all plans. We schedule a structured session — typically two 90-minute calls — to configure your jurisdiction set, import your policy register, and assign control owners. Most firms are receiving live change briefs within 5 to 10 business days of kickoff.
Encrypted at rest using AES-256, in transit using TLS 1.3. We store your policy names and taxonomy mappings only — not the content of your policy documents. Your policy text stays in your own systems. See our Security page for full architecture details.
