Pricing questions
One regulated entity with a single NCA license or authorization. If your group operates two separately licensed entities (e.g., a UK PI and a German PI), each requires its own Fynrex contract. Subsidiaries operating under the parent's license are covered by the parent contract.
Schema updates are always included. When the FCA publishes a new PAIN.001 version or BaFin updates its MVP Portal schema, Fynrex incorporates those changes automatically. There are no per-update charges or mid-year contract amendments required.
Yes. You can upgrade from Foundation to Multi-NCA at any time. The upgrade is billed pro-rata for the remaining contract period, with the additional NCA enabled on the same day.
We bill annually. Monthly billing isn't currently available because the per-NCA schema monitoring and onboarding setup means annual contracts align better with your reporting cycles. We'll revisit monthly billing as we scale.
Onboarding typically takes 5–10 business days. After contract signature, you'll receive data ingestion templates, a kickoff session, and access to your instance. Schema monitoring is live from day one — report generation typically activates by the end of week two.
We offer a 30-day pilot for qualifying institutions. The pilot covers one NCA, read-only schema registry access, and a walkthrough of report generation against your own data. Contact us to qualify.
