What's changed in Fynrex

Product updates, new jurisdiction coverage, obligation mapping improvements, and platform fixes. A compliance tool that tracks regulatory change should be transparent about its own.

latest release: v1.8.2
2026-06-04

+ SEBI RBI India coverage added
+ Form PF obligation mapping schema
~ Materiality scoring calibration
~ DORA third-party register parser
India coverage added: SEBI and RBI — plus Form PF obligation schema

SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) and RBI (Reserve Bank of India) feeds are now live. SEBI circulars, SEBI LODR updates, and RBI Master Directions are ingested daily. Obligation mapping schema extended to cover Form PF large adviser quarterly reporting requirements following recent SEC methodology guidance.

Materiality scoring recalibrated for enforcement actions

Enforcement action materiality scoring has been recalibrated. Actions involving systemic obligation gaps (BSA program deficiencies, stress testing failures) now score at High by default, regardless of penalty amount. Previously, small-dollar enforcement actions involving systemic controls were being scored as Medium. Updated scoring logic applies retroactively to the last 90 days of your feed.

DORA third-party ICT register parser updated

The DORA obligation mapping parser now correctly extracts third-party ICT register requirements from ESMA technical standards. Previously, register format requirements were mapped to the ICT risk management obligation category rather than the separate third-party oversight category. This affects customers with EU DORA obligations in scope.

Workiva integration — obligation export via API

Workiva integration is now available on Professional and Enterprise plans. Obligation changes and associated tasks can be pushed to a Workiva workspace automatically on mapping completion. Configuration guide available in account settings. ServiceNow GRC integration in progress, targeting Q3 2026.

South Korea coverage: FSC and FSS

Financial Services Commission (FSC) and Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) of South Korea are now monitored. FSC supervisory guidelines, capital market regulations, and FSS examination guidance are ingested via translated feed. This brings total APAC jurisdiction count to 6.

Audit trail export — CSV and JSON

Professional and Enterprise accounts can now export a full audit trail covering the last 90 days (Professional) or 24 months (Enterprise). Export includes regulatory change identification date, obligation mapping completion date, task creation, assignment, and closure events — useful for examination documentation and annual compliance program reviews.

FRB SR letter ingestion gap resolved

A parsing issue caused some Federal Reserve Supervisory and Regulation (SR) letters to be ingested as informational rather than regulatory change events. Specifically, SR letters with BSCA (Bank Secrecy Act / compliance) primary subject classification were being misclassified. Fixed as of this release; affected letters have been reprocessed and obligation mapping re-run.

SFDR principal adverse impact indicator mapping

SFDR PAI indicator obligation mapping has been extended to cover the revised RTS table formats as updated by ESMA in September 2025. Previous mapping covered the original 18 mandatory PAI indicators but did not correctly handle the additional opt-in indicators. Asset manager customers with SFDR in scope will see updated obligation items in their feed.
