ACPR reporting framework
France implements PSD2 through the Code monétaire et financier and ACPR's technical reporting instructions. ACPR-regulated payment institutions file quarterly transaction reports via the ACPR OneGate portal.
ACPR uses ISO 20022 as its base schema standard but applies French-market-specific extensions and cardinality constraints. These ACPR-specific schema variants are published separately from the core ISO 20022 standard and require separate monitoring.
Fynrex monitors both the ACPR Open Data publication feed and the ACPR technical documentation portal for schema version changes. ACPR publishes schema updates ahead of each new reporting period, typically with 30–45 days notice.
